I miss the dopamine release from going to the fitness studio three times a week. But I also don't want to get sick from getting in contact with many different people in the fitness studio. Also I am lazy. It would be better to go mountain biking instead but after work it is too cold and dark outside to get myself to do that. I probably would feel more motivated to do any of that if I had the dopamine from doing regular cardio but I'm not motivated enough to start.

Contradicting my previous reply, I'd wished I was more normie, because they live in blissful ignorance of what is happening around us. Either that or they are fully aware yet they don't give a shit.
