Like a robot sees a child with the toy gun aimed at you and throws a big rock at this child. Or you stand very close to the edge of the tall building and some man approach you with anger on his face and stretching his hands - robot thinks that he wants to push you off, so robots pushes him off the edge itself. You didn't give robot command to kill anyone, but robot was trying to protect you.
