You don't need to be a billionaire to eat really good.
You can get really excellent, top class delicious meals for 25-75€. Just need a good chef and good ingredients and you can get a traditional 3 course meal like salad or soup, venison with green beans and potatos, chocolate mousse or something like that. This is available is many places and literally everything you need if you want to eat really well.
If you want them to be very unusual, artistic and part of a memorable experience you can get this for 50-500€, maybe 1000€ in some extreme cases. This will not just be about the food, but also about the whole experience around it. You shouldn't think about it as just going to a restaurant to eat, but as an event like going to a concert. Maybe you'd get like 12 courses with really unusual ingredients made into little artistic dishes or you just get the best quality available on this planet prepared by some autist cook who spend years mastering his craft and just serves 8 customers per day with a whole team preparing the meals. Anything beyond that is just masturbation and perverse flaunting of wealth for the nouveau riche. A 180.000€ bottle of wine doesn't taste better than one for 100€. It is just a rare collector's item. A steak covered in gold is just a perverse display of wealth on a plate, not something to enhance the taste. People who partake in things like that should be dispossessed and have their money given to charities feeding the poor.
