There were dripping traces of his dried sperm on the mirror. Indicating ejaculation before passing out. A metal kitchen tray was under him, so his sperm would not get on the carpet. Corpse’s penis also kept some of its erect status. A condition known as "rigor erectus"/death erection.
Corpse’s pushed out tongue also indicates that it was a very slow strangulation death, while the victim was in the passed out state. Taking almost 10 minutes for his heartbeat to stop beating (since it was rather a strangulation, with body in sitting down position, as oppose to full body suspension hanging death). His partner was regularly checking the victim’s pulse and calling the emergency services only after he did not detect any heartbeat. Which he had testified as taking almost 10 minutes of wait time.

Historically, most psych wards, psychiatric medicine and most psychiatrists' purpose was not to figure what your problem is, but to deal with the symptoms. It didn't really matter if the side effects of something like haloperidol are debilitating when they need to make violent patients calm down. Well, it's the one thing they could do.
Some people benefit from that approach because no treatment is worse than taking some meds. The US could probably use some psych wards, as some murican told me.
For people like me though? Most psychiatrists bring a hammer to fix a window. In my country they are literally just trained to deal with schizophrenics so everyone is a schizo to them.

This is very dependent on psychiatrist in the US. Also, ADHD is a big US meme - so a lot of psychiatrists know about that. Partial hospitalizations programs are more common than inpatient in the US.
