I want a good boy that cheers me up by smiling at me. But having a dog is such a hassle it seems to me. I imagine a complete turnover of my current life. Some heavy adjustments that need to be made. Those might be good and healthy (going for walks), but some might seem almost daunting.
I see so many that are my age or even younger that have a good doggo and I just can't imagine it right now or maybe even at all. I am living in a big city, in a rather green part of the city though, but still in an apartment not on the ground floor.
I'd need to take him everywhere I guess? What if I wanna run errands. Might take an hour. Should I just leave him at home?
I mean, I am Bernd, but the life I imagine or are striving for to achieve after I have battled my demons consists of rare, but occasional visits to my university. Maybe a job. I study a subject in which remote jobs have almost become normal though. But, what if I am gone for 3 hours? Just leave him at home? What if its one of those rare days where I meet friends for several hours? Bring him? Bring him everywhere?

i dont like imageboards, they are too grubby and violent and i dont like to emerge into the anonymous landscape by adapting to the tone and act around me. But I like that better than to be my honest and unfiltered, sensible extension of myself. That will only peek through if i have a pressing question for which I lurk and vanish again.
