i've been neglecting my health training. over the years i did many experiments and found lots of stuff i very much believe to be healthy.
today i did pretty good: i did
>netipot
>wim hof breath training
>light aerobic
>lymphatic muscle pumps (that's something i invented myself)
>some medium intensity umbrella skating
>drank healing tea
tomorrow i wanna continue. the breath training and the muscle pumps are something i should be doing every day. i did this for a while and i stopped because i didn't know how to handle being molested by ugly women so much. i hoe-p i'm better at dodging the uggos now.
i've experimented quite a bit with different schools of breathing. what i like about the Wim Hof method is that it is so easily accessible. i don't have to be in this transcendent serene longterm mindspace to get into it, i just press play on the video and follow along and the results are instant. i've never done the exercise without immediately feeling that this is doing me good.
