The funny thing about flu and its vaccines its that they are still made using chicken eggs. Do you realize how bad that is? In case of bird flu this will wipe out poultry making it harder to mass produce the vaccine. Not only that but the fact that they are made using avian products could actually further spread the virus if these happen to get infected. The vaccine we have for bird flu so far is barely mildly effective and this is very risky. A vaccine that the pandemic will make very hard of producing, its not really effective and might actually get contaminated and further spread the infection.

In millitary sense, you really want your capital to be closer to the center, as far away from the border of your potential enemy. So in this sense, its far from optimal for many of those countries.
Imagine if there is a millitary junta in Kazakhstan and they want to conquer Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for some reason. Its literally just less than 20 km from Kazakh border.

Every city has a history. Every building in it was built in some year by someone, and its part of that history. But what happens if all people who know of this history die, and get replaced by migrants? These migrants live in the city for a short amount of time, move new migrants come. And none of them know the history of the city, the city becomes for them alien, as if it was built by different culture, different civilisation. They don't know when buildings where built, they don't care.
Sometimes its not only about buildings - its also about tunnels, factories, channels, statues. If no one remembers that some tunnel was built underground - it can be erased from history, no one will know there is a tunnel underground, the only people who know - die, and new migrants come - they don't know. Factories close and new people don't know what was produced there. Statues are not respected and treated just as some trash.

This country has infinite resources both of fuel and metals. It has prehistoric fossils that amount probably to huge percent over the world. It has giant rivers and lakes, mountains and the only place that still has good forestations and no extinct species. You can use this land to do incredible things. There are national parks but there are countless extinct species that can be saved and protected that would die in other parts of the world. Including lions and tigers, and even elephants that will be exterminated in other places.
It has incredible military power and extremely cheap fuel, despite all that taxes are relatively expensive for mediocre income due to the war and every bullshit. some of it goes to welfare, a lot of it goes to support migrant businesses however, yet it still is literally somewhere around 80 dollars in US. would you pay 80 dollars for rent? You can literally live for eternity as NEET.
