In the final book of the Mahabharata, the Pandavas are making their ascent to Swarg ka Dwar (heavens door). They are accompanied by a dog on the journey. One by one the brothers begin to die, and in the end it is only Yudhisthira and the dog who make it to Indra’s Chariot.
However, Indra announces that the dog cannot enter heaven, it is lowly and has no value.
Upon hearing this, Yudhisthira refuses and turns away, telling Indra that if the dog, who had not left his side as all his brothers fell around him, was not able to enter heaven, than heavan was no place for him.
Indra is pleased and duly stops Yudhisthira. The dog was actually his dharma, and thus Indra said
“If a man likes dogs He is a good man,
If a dog likes man He is a good man”
And both the dog and Yudhisthira were allowed to enter heaven.

Something strange has happened to my gag reflex, it has always been very sensitive, like my father's, but by sheer force of will I could suppress it. after they changed the locks, they threw everything i didnt grab initially in the dumpster. i went back at night and fished it out, along with some other things, but they def werent gentle with it.

I think the part about it that hurt the most was the most realistic part and that was asking my ex if she wanted to spend time with just me again and her saying in complete callousness that the only reason she spent time with me in the first place was to use me in a completely practical and unloving way, but because she is a woman it came off like she cared.

Yeah, I don't think I will do it again very soon. 250 grams of meat is a bit too much to be enjoyable for one meal, in my opinion. But I wanted to try it and I managed pretty well with the cooking, I think. I was always a bit intimidated by cooking meat, but I'm starting to figure it out.
