I played WoT when it first came out in 2011. Then again in 2013 for a while and the last time in 2016. Every time it got boring after a few weeks to months.
Meanwhile there are people like QuickyBaby on twtich who play 5 days a week for 7 hours for the last 8 years.
How the fuck is that possible? Even if that was my job I would hate that.

I wouldn't hate it if playing a p2w game with all the paid advantages was my job.
Sure, the game itself would get boring soon enough, but building up a community and caring about it sounds quote fun compared to your average 9/17 office job.
I also played WoT a lot from 2011-2012 and recently installed it again to play games with my coworkers while home office, we stopped after a momth or so.
Are there still any popular new games (other than MMOs) that have "clan wars" or any kind of coordinated regular clan activities?
I mean something like in the early days of Planetside 2 where clans would sometimes play with multiple platoons (48 players each) every single day.
Or World of Tanks where you have to defend and capture territories.
It felt so good to accomplish something as a group and being useful. I really miss it.
I cut off my beard in frustration against and now I have to suffer seeing my ugly face for a few weeks.
