I used to have such quads that literally every doctor and physical therapist I saw for knee problems immediately asked if I did strength training and commented on the size of them, calling them "enormous" and such things. Now they have mostly withered away and look pretty thin, but still in the ballpark of what people post on bodybuilding forums.

Why bother? Psychologists are swindlers and quacks who will rape your brain and the meds are poison. Your ancestors did not need SSRIs and weak meth to function, people with "high functioning autism" or whatever the fuck were just considered weirdos. Maybe I am a retarded schizo but it doesn't make sense to me that everyone suddenly needs to be on pills when this did not occur for thousands of years and communities did not spontaneously combust. People are retards, when I drank with some people from my dorm they said I should be on meds and have autism/ADHD because I am shifty/look around constantly and behave oddly, and when they did that at school the response was diagnoses and pills for them. Seems like utter bullshit, these people are ordinary human beings, way more close to the average person than I would be according to most metric even if you hopped me up on the strongest brain numbing retard pills out there. All of these "disorders" are diagnosed according to a set of arbitrary criteria that don't even all have to be satisfied and don't need to have a single set cause. I skimmed some psychology textbooks from a course chat I was snooping around in at my university and they seemed totally retarded, arbitrarily delineating the obvious into autistic boxes, even the students said they found the textbooks utterly useless.
Why not address the causes rather than the symptoms of your problems, which are bad enough you want to medicate them? Are you really such a horrid aberration of a human that your natural state is unbearable mental illness and you need to be thrown off a cliff for being an insult to the human condition as it was tempered by the harsh forces of nature, or is something in your life causing your problems?
