I don't think you can easily retrive the arrows he shot into the lake, even if they swim.
GermanyBernd2021-12-02 10:41:51 · 5yNo. 128788reply
Wood usually floats in water and the point of bouncing arrows is that they stay above the surface. I do think they can be retrieved somewhat easily.
SloveniaBernd2021-12-02 10:44:41 · 5yNo. 128789reply
Consider that if you're shooting at ducks, you'll have to get wet to retrieve the shot ducks anyway. You just pick up the missed arrows too at the same time.
HungaryBernd2021-12-02 17:01:54 · 5yNo. 128803reply
Not sure if the bloke says it, but first they used the whistling arrows to keep the prey down on the surface of water (thus allowing time to approach them), because it sounds a bit similar to the sound of predatory birds.
The whistling arrows were also used in battles to signal maneuvers and such.

1. Don't miss.
2. Use ducks to fetch dogs. Or the other way around. In the ducks find the arrow.

I assume it's a pad on the wall. From this I guess it is part of home automation, an lcd touchpad to monitor and control all the devices in the home from temperature to shades, music, telly, alarm clock, fridge, and just about anything.

reminder that people are dying because of eu bureaucrats kneejerk antivaxx reaction and we can tell that because britain didn't fall for this propaganda & has no problems now
when someone tells you about how "experiments with this vaccine are killing thousands" remind them that the thousands that are dying are those from antivaxx countries whose bureaucrats decided to make their country the control group

>B-grade scifi tier nonsense,
This is what we get in Hungarian pro-vaxx mainstream media since 2020 March. That particular article wasn't linked on an anti-vaxxer conspiracy site. And I also doubt that Japan Times would be anti-vaxxer.
This is typically what anti-vaxxers watch here:
(There are Hungarian stuff too ofc, but I don't have any links at hand - I could find if I really want, but it's pointless due to language.)

Look I'm saying that his explanation doesn't make sense at all, it's something I'd expect in a shitty anime. His explanation is like someone claiming that black people moved into europe and then suddenly they all turned white and blue eyed, rather than that a mutation had to spread between them.
Japan has a weird relationship with vaccines in general & they have a weird employee - manager relationship too so if a boss wanted this explanation to be published because he personally likes it, nobody will question it.
