I am pretty much the only person I know who claims the Corona hysteria is caused by pressure put on state officials to digitize academia.
As you can see this makes sense.

Every home, different recipe, so it's ok to replace stuff with what you have. For example some recipes ask for butter instead of lard, or margarine, or vegetable oil. The walnut/poppy seed filling can be mixed with jam, ground apple, honey, sugar... Some people add raisins, some leave that out (in my xp people tend to have strong feelings about raisins, positive or negative). Some uses cherries instead. I heard about chestnut, chocolate, apple-cinnamon, and even coconut fillings too. But the traditional is the walnut and poppy seed fillings.
We also make it in Slovenia, here it's called potica. Mum made two: one with walnuts and raisins, and one with poppy seeds. And yes we use butter rather than lard in those.
One filling that is my favourite though is a savoury one of onion and pork rinds (or fatty bacon chunks) where of course you do use lard (since filling is pork fat heavy anyway).
Raisins need to be soaked in rum overnight btw (for anyone reading this who might try but this isn't a local recipe for them).

Very deep space objects, so far away that the light from them that is now reaching Earth was emitted soon after the universe has formed.
Its range is in deep infrared, which isn't scattered by cosmic dust as much as visible light. At the same time, very distant objects also have their light very red-shifted before it reaches Earth (relativity and expansion of space effects, to put it simply the photon light waves get stretched) so their light is seen in deep infrared instead of visible.
Side objectives are images of brown dwarfs and rogue planets in interstellar space, and possibly of comets and Kuiper belt objects in our own Solar system (including the anticipated Planet 9, if it exists.)
That's uh not at all its purpose and requires tremendous abuse of its instruments but yes, since molecules have their own distinct signature infrared spectra it's possible to search for odd molecules in atmospheres of planets using that
(helps with getting the funding and interest from reddit crowd though)
