I didn't sign a lease, didn't sign anything and I have two receipts that I badgered to gain, so I could go to the local tenancy tribunal to get half of my first rent back.
I am a grifter and will use every tool available to me to reduce my living expenses until I can buy land.
The first place isn't cheap. It has no kitchen, one working shower to service 20 rooms. I don't know why my new place is below market rate but I won't complain as the owner is going to help me get my restricted class 5 license. Then I can buy a cheap van, toss a mattress in the back, and a propane burner and maybe a kayak and some fishing gear. Finally I'll be free from the landlord jew and I'll swap my gender on my license to that of a woman so I can pay less in insurance.

Service by humans - that is indeed something I already want when I try get customer service for example, it already feels like a luxury instead of "talking" with a scripted "robot".
Also, some industries that you craft luxury items by hand are already highly valued while the more automated trash the machines create (example: shoe industry).
Maybe the only path humanity has is the way Elon Musk talks about - we have to merge with machines.
Tbh I would find it a relief to know all the mathematical formulas are automatically memorised for me - it would turn a retarded bydlo like me into a civilized person. The standards to excel in that world would grow tremendeously.

A good robot can replace a poo-loo/third world worker. Just like street sweeping machines replaced street cleaners in the past. Of course, still somebody has to operate that machine. But still, one sweeping machine operator will replace 10 street cleaners. It might be a chance for non-enriched eastern European countries to deal with demographic change. It's a good thing.

Fools. If I was a president, I'd focus resources on:
a.) cloning, including cloning with adjusted characteristics (smarter, stronger and healthier then humans 1.0);
b.) artificial wombs;
c.) AI, including AI with advanced human interaction interfaces (i.e. androids). When they will reach the 100 IQ - they'd need to be given all the rights and responsibilities of a citizen.
We don't need a war with robots - we need to fully integrate them in our society. Who cares if someone has a metal skeleton and a silica brain if she is hot, always cheerful and fully ready to bear you children.

Sound has these dimensions: amplitude, frequency, and phase. The human ear can only hear a spectrum of amplitude (1000 Hz - 5000 Hz) and frequency (20 Hz - 20 kHz).
Mp3 and other lossy formats generally try and remove at a minimum what the human ear cannot hear but often will remove more, lossless formats like flac do not remove anything.
Almost all formats include compression, because you can compress files without data loss.

Trannyism is less about strongly feeling that you are the opposite gender, but rather just misc. identity disorder where they themselves have no idea what the fuck they are.
It's not that they are women born in a man's body, but they are men that just feel "off".
Once they transition, cut off their dicks, take hormones, they realize they still feel "off", and that's when they KYS.
It's a mental identity disorder, not "being born in the wrong body disorder".
For some trannies transitioning is enough of cope for them to not go full KYS mode, but for most it's not.
Successful trannies also tend to pass really well and find newfound attention, success and social connections they never previously had, and all this will negate the natural KYS feels they might have.
So in the end it's not about successfully transitioning into your "true gender" but about finding some niche where you can cope with your absolutely fucked sense of identity with.
Transitioning is a cope at best, which doesn't even work for most trannies.
But the fact is that nothing can halt the ever-increasing recurrence of those moments when your total isolation, the sensation of an all-consuming emptiness, the foreboding that your existence is nearing a painful and definitive end all combine to plunge you into a state of real suffering.

Sometimes i go for months not speaking to anyone IRL and i feel just fine. Internet offers me all the socialization i need.
One downside is that whenever i once a few months go talk to my shrink, and i haven't actually spoken to anyone in months a single word, it's actually quite startling how difficult it is to form thoughts to words; i just become this stuttering retard who's incapable of forming sentences with more than 3 words.
