Here's a plan of actions for you:
1.) First of all, contact her and then her parents. Tell her and her parents that you are very sorry and that you running away was just a instinctive reaction from the shock. But you thought it out, talked with your parents and now ready to return in her life and be a good husband.
2.) Tell her you're going to help her through the pregnancy. And do it. Visit her in hospital etc. Pick up some books or at least read some online forums to better understand what's going on with her body and mind - women do get mood swings and sometimes even more serious issues (like manias, for example) during pregnancy and several days after the birth, because their bodies get hit with a lot of hormones. You should be ready for that and help her to go through these things. Discuss with her if she wants a natural birth or a cesarean section.
3.) Talk with her parents about that job. The specific details, what would be required of you. If it's something relatively complex, may be pick up some books on the subject. Assure them that you have the full intention to support her and the child while she finish her education - and after that as well, of course (albeit I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years your wife would be the breadwinner in your family).
4.) Discuss with her and her parents were your new family would live. Who would help with the baby? They require 24/7 care, so someone should always be awake and near.
5.) Man the fuck up and enjoy your new life instead of being scared of change.

Impressions: despite being censored to avoid indexing, at least the CDs are mastered correctly. Often, many bands or labels reissue old albums as lossy masters which effectively means listening to burned mp3s.
My biggest gripe is with the low quality peripherals. All the images are ridden with artifacts and nigh illegible text. They should get their hands on the master photos.
