I have a lot of conversations in my head. When I'm alone I have very interesting serious discusions with imaginary versions of people. When I'm around people I prefer imaginary conversations with them than actual talking to them. Even on the internet conversation run in my head and I mostly refrain from posting. Is this normal?

I don't have actual conversations in my head but sometimes I think about some of the opinions that I have and compare them to what other people's opinions might be and I try to figure out the conclusion of the differing opinions when put against eachother.
This is mostly due to the fact that I try to express my opinions online and expect to get replies but many times I don't get the discussion I am looking for so I improvise a potential counter-argument to mine so I can have a productive dialogue in the subject I want to talk about alone.
I feel it helps me grow as a person and my debating skills improve on its own.

I was using US(Altgr-Int) as my primary keyboard layout for a long time (and having to setup xkb specific keybinds for äÄüÜßöÖ and € in a separate file).
Recently after getting a new keyboard I had to change something in my xkb config file to make it work as before and when I skimmed through /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/us I came across a keyboard layout which was unbeknownst to me.

It's rather young, because it hasn't existed before 2015.
I ditched my previous keyboard layout immediately and I am using altgr-weur since then and will never look back. I even have French accents now! I didn't configure them before, because I was too lazy, using them too rarely to justify the 'effort' and always looked those up in a character map, copy pasting. Yikes.

Do you have a stable schedule? Once you know when you go to take the bus, go to work, go to eat and go to sleep you can schedule your chores and hobbies.
You can't have a good conversation without having hobbies, try reading about how to have better small talks and then you join a group activity like going outdoors or board games. Have small talk with people that share hobbies with you and never mention those hobbies when not asked.
If one part of your country' previous territory has gained independent, then stupid people with heads the size of walnuts will call your past rule colonial, even if it was a democratic.
Conversely, if you still maintain your version of the empire and continue to suppress the local indigenous and ethnic minorities, those tankies will call your tyrannical dictatorship over the locals "the preservation of the unity of the motherland and the righteous quelling of a CIA-funded rebellion.
