All right I wouldn't recommend disznósajt. Tho Westerners eat worse.

I tried to find properly unappealing photos of it online, but failed. Disznósajt is essentially the leftover parts of the pig after slaughter filled into pig stomach. Now, during a proper home made slaughter the only leftover are basically dirt because everything else is processed in some way. But the disznósajt I find photos of made from proper meat cuts, done by purchased meat specifically for making palatable meal and not just the utilization of waste.

And while it is not pleasant, well yeah it is not pleasant. I eat it last time 20 years ago when i was poor and it was on sale lol.

A soup made of stripes of pancake. Quite easy, totally delicious.
