its unproven if its legit account of the shooter

but it says he is a dumb loser like Eliott Rogers, who had everything in life for him, but even while living in expensive and spoiled european life that most of the world poorest can't even dream of - it was TOO HARD for him he couldn't cope living in the prosperous city with everything given to him, so because someone said some mean words to heam once, he snapped and being fragile white snowflake decided to lash out so hard, not even niggers lash out like that, so this whitey cumstain outdone even the most violent of negroes because of some exagerated self-pity

Here the news is that he wrote Russian language diary and was inspired a 14yo Russian grille who run amok some times ago, although he was aiming for higher body count.
He killed his father prior, and they are investigating if two other murders committed in a forest was done by him. He had gun permit and moar weapons.
They speak about national unity and whatnot. Good joke in our atomized society.

> In the Czech Republic, firearms are available to anyone, subject to acquiring a firearms license. Firearm licenses may be obtained in a way similar to a driving license; by passing a proficiency exam, medical examination and having no criminal record. Unlike in most other European countries, Czech firearms legislation also permits citizens to carry concealed weapons for self-defense; 252,245 out of 308,990 gun license holders have a concealed carry permit (31 December 2021).[4] The most common reason for firearm possession by Czech gun owners is for protection, with hunting and sport shooting being less common.[5] Additionally, people can join government endorsed advanced shooting training courses with their privately owned firearms and become civilian reservist.[6]

tl;dr: it's not that hard
