Noticed a lot of those soy drinks in shops. Tried to buy one, it tasted like shit, like if real sour milk without the taste of milk with metal after-taste. What is the appeal of this, who buys this shit?

Yogurt is fermented, so lactose is converted into lactic acid mostly.
Natural cheese is also fermented, but at different conditions which cause casein (one group of milk protein, the other is whey) to coagulate out. That protein (which still contains some milk fat and lactose because it doesn't separate wholly) is then aged and during aging some additional fermentation can occur (which is why cheese has holes in it).
Butter is mostly just the milk fat separated; since sugar is insoluble in fat the lactose mostly stays in the liquid side product (= buttermilk).

what if TRUE aging consists in becoming stronger, better, more beatiful, for each decade we age? Technology, spread of plants and seeds, moss and algae... All evolution as a whole, everything gets better with age. What if a Celibate (no wet dreams) man -who dont exist anymore- would be better at 120 years old than at 30? look better, be better, perform and think better.

I now suddenly remembered a dream that happened to me this night, i remember in my dream looking in the mirror and seeing that i am balding. Like a bald spot on top of my head and feeling of dread. The memory of this dream happened so suddenly, i just started laughing. Why is this shit in my nightmares and at the same time so funnY ?
