Is milk kefir good? I liked water kefir but milk sounds less appetizing.
I drink this stuff ever day.
Today I bought a 4 Ls restocking my supply. I opened one up and it had no smell, so i took some taste and it tastes weird and had chunks. So i put kt away and got another and that was bad too.
So K drank it 1l of chjnky milk. It's fermented so it's okays to drink anyways, I Hope. will gove updates tomorrow.
