I will fly to Iceland tomorrow. What should I do there?

its full of nigers, you will fit right in

Phallus museum.
Make an IWO in Reikyavik

>>308959
Yes, I will do that. But I'll be there a week, so I need some more suggestions to fill the time.

>>308964
You need to try the local cuisine, whatever it is.
I suppose it's a lot of fish? Try finding places where the locals dine.

>>308972
>local cuisine, whatever it is.
>I suppose it's a lot of fish?
icelandic specialty is: shark fermented in own piss

>>308975

>>309006
I don't think it's visible in May

One last meal at the airport before I leave for the expensive craziness that is Iceland.

>>309048
Good luck

>>309048
Why are there so many rich Bernds here.

>>309067
Gonna eat Icelandic lamb for dinner today. It costs 43€, it’s so fucking over for me….
**I‘m not rich**

Icelandic lamb

>>309098
This lamb has only eaten the best grass on earth. How does it taste?

>>309098
>43€
lol

>>309117
Was delicious, I didn’t know lamb could taste like that

im cryiegen because i want travel and see the world but was born to a toxic pasport

>>309168
Just get a German passport, bro.
I need to see what an Icelandic supermarket looks like from inside.

>>309174
Just was at one… I bought this fish jerky and it’s honestly not bad.
I will try to make pics of the Supermarkt tomorrow, but tbh it doesn’t look different from German ones.

>>309176
>84% protein
>keto
its dont

>>309179
It's do.
keto has nothing to do with protein content.

>>309182
keto is high-fat, eating 84% protein is just giving yourself rabbit starvation

Some pics of Reykjavik

My god, this board is such a piece of shit. It just isn’t fun to post IWOs, because there are a thousand upload errors and the file size limit is low as fuck.

>>309187
>Stray cat, graffitis, trash on the floor and NO TREES
The west has fallen. I will enjoy my beautiful third world nature while it lasts.

>>309193
there are no trees in iceland, it's just a grey rock in the sea
no idea why people thought it would be smart to populate there, maybe vikings sent banished people there or something

>>309197
There are trees, but very few and only in cities. Majority of the country looks like a desert moon or mars.

>>309188
Yeah... This board has prevented me from creating multiple high quality threads aswell.

>>309187
>1st pic
The bland architecture makes it look like a lower income neighbourhood. Is it though?
Have you been to the rich parts of the city?

>>309201
That’s sad

>>309203
I have no idea, but I think I was at the city centre already (based on the sights and souvenir shops I saw) and it didn’t look much different.

Gift from the US to Iceland

Inside of Icelandic church

Today I ate horse meat, because my Ethiopian taxi driver said it’s an Icelandic specialty. I have never eaten horse before, so I was pleasantly surprised. Very delicious, was as good as the lamb yesterday (and sadly as expensive as well lmao).
I have to say you can eat very well in Reykjavik. All the Icelandic restaurants I see and have been to here are very fancy and expensive. In Germany I never go to fancy restaurants, so it’s interesting to see here.
Now only shark is left on the list of Icelandic food I have to try. Or is there more that is worthy to try?

Wow, Reikyavik looks depressing.

>>309224
The city isn’t very beautiful, looks like a typical Nordic Scandinavian city. But on the pics it looks probably worse because the weather is shit right now.

>>309281
Why don’t you fix it?

>>308951
Scream *MÄMMI SAUNA EBIN IKS DE DE DE DE†

Very cute kot but oh my god, they have these scooters in Iceland too?
When nobody is watching, I kick horribly parked scooters (like in the middle of the cycling path) to the ground whenever I pass by on my bike so they are even more annoying, hoping, that people will get more pissed and thus get rid of them even faster, r8

>>309302
are you the same sociopath that likes to steal from stores?

For the Bernd who wanted to see the Icelandic supermarket.

I went on a tour today and the guide said Iceland supposedly had forests at 75% of its land. But the Vikings cut down so many trees that the trees nearly got extinct and nowadays they have less than 5% forested area. But they’re trying to replant all those trees.
And to the Bernd who wondered who would settle in Iceland. The first Icelander didn’t come voluntarily. My guide said Ingolfur was accused of killing two people in Norway, so he was exiled. He took two pillars of his home with him and threw them in the water. Then he said wherever those two pillars would get ashore, he would settle. And as it turned out, that was how he got to Iceland.

Tried this yet? If you haven't, you should. They're almost impossible to find outside of Iceland. It's a orange flavored soda, think fanta but sweeter. 500ml bottle of it will cost around 700ish to 800ish Iceland krona... maybe but I'm not 100%sure though on the price.

>>309370
No, but if you recommend it, I will. What is it?

If you're wondering,Icelands version of McDonald's is called Metro

I bet you wish you had a duffle bag full of these huh op. Just one 10000isk is equivalent to 66.55 euro or 71.62 usd.

Your going through a lot of these day by day ay op? Just one 1000isk is 6.65 euro or 7.16 usd

As of 8:50pm It's 39°F in Reykjavik Iceland, partly cloudy...the average high is 41°F and low of 32°F for March to May. On very warm and summer days the peak temperature could reach around 20-25°C(68-77°F) and the coldest around 5°C(41°F)...the highest recorded temperature in Iceland was in 1939,30.5°C(86.9°F) and the lowest recorded temperature was in 1918 -23°C or (-9°F)

>>309381
Chill dude, just giving out free facts,I'm not intentionally spamming.

>>308990
This will have to do for now until op decides to add some.

Very expensive vacation op. You gone be broke if you stay anymore than a week

Cop SUV in Iceland.

You should go hitchhiking some op,they say it's safe to do in Iceland since crime over there is pretty low.

Today I rode an Iceland horse and watched Puffins.
Side note: there are many American tourists here and I have now acquired the desire to have an American liberal gf.

>>309421
What do they need a suburban vehicle for? Smells of corruption....

>>309457
Icelandic police doesn't carry guns.

>>309372
Have you tried some yet?

>>309459
No, but after I finish dinner I will check, whether I find it in the local supermarket.

Disclaimer: I haven’t tasted it cold, because I don’t have a fridge. Tastes like a weird, mild version of Fanta. Would recommend.

>>309467
It would have been 10× better cold probably.

>>309467
How much did the drink cost if you Don't me asking?

>>309471
200ISK maybe? I didn’t get the receipt and didn’t really look at the price.

>>309467
Show the nutrition values please
I wonder how much sugar in softdrinks they allow in iceland.

>>309487
I'm not op, but here's what I found on Google.

If you get the chance op, maybe go out on a date with a icelandic ladie that is a liberal.
